By renting our trampolines, you hereby agree that:
- You are renting our equipment for use with Kulture Studios' Bouncefit® classes only and it will be not be used for other recreational or workout purposes not provided by us
- Trampoline must be checked and verified in good working condition (ie: no broken ropes) on the same day of delivery. Any unreported damage/missing items will result in a deduction in your deposit according to price list provided during the order
- Broken ropes during the course of rental can be replaced for rental units but a transport fee of $10 shall apply for each trip
- Rental cannot be paused and there shall be no refunds for early termination
- For live stream classes, ensure that you are on a strong internet connection for maximum video quality
- It is mandatory to turn on your video for all live classes
- You agree that you will be doing the workout in your own premises at your own risk and hold Kulture Studios and its affiliates harmless from any and all losses, liabilities, injuries or damages resulting from any and all claims
- All other class booking/cancellation terms apply
