Bouncefit®️ is a trademarked rhythm-based rebounding fitness-party experience by Kulture Studios. This complex workout is designed to focus primarily on cardio (think weight loss) and full-body strengthening, conducted on our custom-made mini trampolines.

Regular rebounding fills our cells with oxygen, which is great in fighting cancer as nasty cancer cells cannot survive in an oxygen-rich environment.



2 minutes of rebounding is equivalent to 6 minutes of running, 10 minutes of swimming and 22 mins of walking. A 5-minute bounce is therefore equivalent to doing a quick jog around the block.

Class types


Cardio Burn (Level 1 &2)

The crowd-pleaser and signature Bouncefit class

Nothing a good Ol' cardio party won't fix - and we mean it. Regular cardio rebounding literally fixes your mood, fitness, and overall health. This class is all bounce, no weights, and easy to follow. You can never go wrong with a trampoline and awesome music to boot.



Core & Burn (Level 3)

An ABsolute Fun.


We sneak in so many core moves in this one you won't even notice. That, and followed by a full-on core & conditioning for the finale. What's a core class without crunches, right?



Bounce HIIT (Level 3.5)

Hailed by the fitness industry as the HIGHEST fat-blaster in the SHORTEST time with the BEST results, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) combined with rebounding is truly a challenging class that promises a full-body burn.

Hyper Burn (Level 4)

Tribe Favourite.


This class is all about the build-up. We live for the power bursts, progressive flow, and full-body conditioning. It's like a funeral rave for your calories. Weights track included (just one for the road).


Killer Burn (Level 5)

Unleash your inner athlete.


Seasoned rebounders thrive in this fast-paced class that emphasizes technique, explosive speed, progressive moves, and extended burn. Expect weights and bonus 100 pushups x 100 squats in every variation possible.

Power Burn (Level 5)

Challenge your endurance.


If you're craving an arms-will-cry kind of burn, this class will not disappoint. Expect to push your limits with weights in 90% of the class. An ultimate challenge to your speed, core, and upper-body endurance.
