Studio packages

Terms & Conditions

• No refunds shall be offered under any circumstances once payment is made

• Packages are valid, from the date of purchase

• Package credits can be used for booking at all locations available, unless otherwise stated

• Kulture Studios shall be under no obligation to offer any extensions, suspensions, or transfers for any reason where no valid medical proof are provided

• No extensions will be allowed other than cases with medical proof provided

• Bookings must be managed by members via kulture-tribe.com or the Kulture App, on a first-come-first-serve basis

• 1 credit will be deducted  upon each successful booking

• No reminders will be sent for your bookings

• Cancellations must be made latest by 8 pm the day before your class for credit to be automatically reinstated

• No credit reinstatement will be offered where no valid medical proof is provided
